Are Your Employees background Checked

All employees have passed criminal background check and drug testing.

Are your chemicals safe for animals

Yes! We only use professional safe choice cleaning detergents which is safe for pets and people. 

How experienced are your technicians

All of our lead technicians are 2 plus years  IICRC Certified for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

What cleaning methods do you use

Our primary cleaning method is hot water extraction which often is called steam cleaning. We also offer  very low moisture at your request.

How long will it take for the carpets to dry

Carpet dry times are between 12 to 24 hours. Furniture dry times between 2 to 8 hours. And hardwood, tile, and laminate floors within minutes of cleaning. 

What if there is an issue with the cleaning

If for any reason there happens to be an issue, just give us a call back within 7 days and we will return to make things right free of charge. 

Do I have to be home during the cleaning

No, but it's recommended so that we know exactly which rooms or pieces are being serviced. Also if anyone left alone under the age 18, your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled for security and piece of mind. 

Do you move furniture or appliances

What is considered as a room

For residential carpet cleaning we do! This doesn't include clothes, toys, pictures, breakable items such as beds, mirrors, and entertainment systems. Couches and chairs are fine. Tables and under 5O pound dressers. We do not move furniture from hardwood floors, we will clean around as floors can scratch causing a bigger issue.

A room consist of any size from a small office up to a room 300 sq. ft.  L shaped living room dining areas are considered 2 rooms as the market promotes the sale or rent of the home. 

Is there a cancellation  fee

What form of payments are accepted

If for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule, there is no cancelation fee. If canceled twice in a row, there is a 125.00 minimum fee and/or do not service added on file for address.

We only accept Cash or Credit cards at this time. Most Visa, Discover, Mastercard, & American Express is accepted
